I help businesses and professionals accelerate their growth, whether it relates to their business project or their personal development. I act as a strategic partner, providing solutions, listening and reflection, or a combination of both.
I bring a unique blend of creative approach, sales skills, rigor, and human mobilization through coaching and mentoring.
MY APPROACHES
Because no two situations are alike, I draw from my toolbox, which I have filled over time and continue to fill, one project at a time.
COACHING
Having personally benefited from the coaching approach, I decided to undertake training and certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to become a professional coach. My approach is rooted in self-awareness, a deep understanding of the meaning behind work, a positive mindset, taking action, and developing one's Zone of Genius.
CONSULTATION
My master's degree in management and e-marketing, combined with my 20 years of experience and the diversity of marketing and development projects I have carried out, gives me the perspective and strategic vision necessary to guide and advise you on the optimal approaches to implement.
FORMATION
My experience in teaching, as an in-house trainer, business mentor, and speaker has allowed me to develop a mastery of public speaking with a focus on mobilization and engagement. Recognized as an energetic and charismatic individual, I lead corporate training sessions and workshops, as well as business conferences.
SUPPORT AND MENTORING
When appropriate, I support professionals in a mentoring mode, over a given period, combining knowledge sharing and progress monitoring.

Once a solid foundation is in place, I can step back while remaining attentive, committed, and available to step in again when needs change or a new growth cycle begins.
