Gab Cournoyer — Fishing Guide & Boat Rental
The context
Launching a new seasonal business presents a significant strategic challenge. With an operating period limited to just a few months per year, every decision must contribute to quickly building brand awareness, generating bookings, and creating a solid foundation for future growth.
When Gabriel Cournoyer approached me to help him launch his fishing guide and boat rental business, his goal was clear: to develop a professional brand, position himself effectively in his market and implement a launch strategy capable of generating results from his first season.
My role was to transform this entrepreneurial vision into a structured, coherent, and results-oriented strategy.
My support
I assisted Gabriel in creating and deploying his go-to-market strategy, ensuring that each element of his marketing presence contributes to the same objective: to be visible to the right customers, build his credibility and convert that visibility into business opportunities.
Validation of the logo and visual identity to ensure a professional and consistent positioning;
Developing the marketing strategy and go-to-market plan;
Defining the brand positioning and main communication strategies;
The complete creation of the website on Wix;
The creation and optimization of professional social platforms;
The creation and management of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns;
Setting up Google Ads campaigns (SEM) and optimizing natural referencing (SEO);
Creating and optimizing the Google Business Profile;
The design of marketing tools needed for the launch: business cards, posters, leaflets and promotional materials;
Identifying strategic partnerships and a press relations strategy.
For me, a successful launch isn't simply about creating marketing tools. It's about building a complete ecosystem that allows a company to be found, recognized, and chosen by its customers.
The results
Annual rental targets achieved in just 2 months

The media visibility generated from the launch also created significant momentum, with coverage obtained in three regional media outlets and increased visibility among influential groups in sport fishing and outdoor activities.
“From the outset, Christine understood my vision and transformed it into a concrete and highly structured strategy. Thanks to her support, I gained significant media attention initially, and I reached my annual rental targets in just two months.” — Gabriel Cournoyer, owner
My vision
I believe that a successful business launch relies on much more than an online presence or a few one-off marketing actions. It requires a clear strategy, a well-positioned brand, and the effective orchestration of various growth drivers.
