In Québec, employers whose payroll exceeds $2 million must invest at least 1% of it in training their staff. The uninvested portion is paid into the Fonds de développement et de reconnaissance des compétences de la main-d’œuvre.
I am an accredited trainer with the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail du Québec, in the Administration and Business field. To date, I am the only accredited trainer in this field for the Bas-Richelieu (Sorel-Tracy and surrounding area) and the Contrecœur region.
